forensic: Controlled Substances Act (CSA)

21 United States Code Section 801, Title II of the Comprehensive Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Act of 1970, provides for regulation of manufacture and distribution of drugs deemed subject to abuse or addiction and assigns them to any of five schedules based upon their potential harmfulness or therapeutic value.
