DSM-IV-TR: Frotteurism


This Paraphilia is characterized by sexual fantasies, urges, or behaviors involving touching or rubbing one's genitals against the body of a non-consenting person.

Diagnostic criteria for 302.89 Frotteurism 
(cautionary statement)

A. Over a period of at least 6 months, recurrent, intense sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors involving touching and rubbing against a non-consenting person. 

B. The person has acted on these urges, or the sexual urges or fantasies cause marked distress or interpersonal difficulty.
