stuttering: duration
As measured in seconds or fractions thereof, the length of time taken by a moment of stuttering. Some clinicians have chosen to emphasize the average duration of certain moments of stuttering, such as the average duration of the longest, and/or shortest moments of stuttering, within a specified speech segment.*
