sharing can include:
(a) Coinsurance, which is a patient responsibility for
payment of a specified percent of charges incurred, per day or per unit of service.
(b) Copayment, which is a patient responsibility for payment
of a specified dollar amount per day or per unit of service.
(c) Deductible, which is a patient responsibility for payment of a specified amount of
incurred expense before third-party coverage can
begin.*
