reimbursement: health care plan
A financial arrangement or organization that provides for the delivery or payment of health care services. Examples include: indemnity health insurance plans, and/or health maintenance organizations (HMO's), employer self-insurance plans, preferred provider organizations (PPO's), and government-sponsored plans (i.e., Medicare, Medicaid).*
