-in the narrow sense, the therapist's
conscious and above
all unconscious responses induced by the person of the client
(and notably by
his/her transference). In a wider sense, everything which, from the
person of the therapist, can impact on the relationship. Gestalt consciously
exploits some counter-transferential processes.*
