Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Third Edition, Revised

This revision of the third edition of the manual published by the American Psychiatric Association to set forth diagnostic criteria, descriptions and other information to guide the classification and diagnosis of mental disorders was published in 1987, replacing DSM-III. It was replaced in 1994 by DSM-IV.
