A self-report scale that runs from 1-7, where 1 represents totally unbelievable, to 7 which represents totally believable. The VoC was developed by Francine Shapiro, Ph.D., based on face validity. The VoC is used to measure the felt confidence in the positive cognition during the Assessment and Installation phases.
