DEA: Tacit Admission of Defeat?
According to this DEA Press Release increase in availability of fentanyl-laced heroin and fentanyl analogues has led to more overdose deaths and related problems. Imagine over-the-counter availability of these drugs to adults, perhaps regulated as we regulate alcohol, nicotine, and, in some states, marijuana, clearly labeled as to dose and contents. Imagine elimination of the black market and associated crime.
Could it get any worse?
