Assistant district attorney Greg tells district attorney Gary, referring to death row inmate Malcolm: "The diary gave them an opening, Gary, to argue insanity again... pumped him full of drugs..." (0:03)

Driver George tells ex-policeman Ed, referring to young Timothy, "He doesn't talk much..." (0:20)

Defense attorney Marty: "But in order to demonstrate his mental state..."
Judge Taylor: "His mental state?" (0:32)

Timothy's mother and accident victim Alice tells George, "I don't remember anything." (0:46)

Ed tells prostitute Paris, "One day I got a call for a jumper... totally strung out."
