Larry snorts cocaine from a mirror through a rolled bill. He tells a stripper, “Take a hit.” She snorts a line. (0:19)

Bill’s bouncer brother Budd injects The Bride with a drug, rendering her unconscious. (0:28)

Assassin Elle reads to Budd about the black mamba: “It’s neurotoxic venom is one of nature’s most effective poisons, acting on the nervous system, causing paralysis... Regret that maybe the greatest warrior I have ever met met her at end at the hands of a bushwhackin’, scrub, alky... like you.” (1:11)

By cell phone, Elle tells Bill, “You go smoke some pot or somethin’.” (1:14)

Bill’s pimp father Esteban tells The Bride, referring to actress Lana Turner and Bill, “And whenever she would appear on the screen, Bill would begin compulsively to suck his thumb to an obscene amount...” (1:24)

Bill tells The Bride, “What lies within that dart... is an incredibly potent and quite infallible truth serum... Twice as strong as sodium pentothal with no druggie after-effects, except for a slight wave of euphoria.”
