Psychiatrist, now convict, Dr. Hannibal Lektor tells Graham, “My callers are mostly clinical psychologists...”
Graham: “Dr. Bloom showed me you article on surgical addiction in the Journal of Clinical Psychology.” (0:23)

A woman answers Lektor’s phone call: “... Department of Psychiatry.”
Lektor: ”Dr. Bloom asked me to send a copy of The Psychiatrist and the Law to someone.” (0:30)

Graham tells a detective, referring to Lektor, “We tried sodium amytal on him three years ago...” (0:46)
